We believe that true transformation starts with awareness — of your body, your breath, and your inner world.


We’re not here to push limits. We’re here to expand gently.


Our classes are low-impact, intentional, and rooted in a deep respect for the body. Through stretching, aerial movement, and mindful practices, we guide you back to yourself — one breath, one stretch at a time.

About Tetiana
Sports have been a part of my life since childhood. I've explored various disciplines, from kickboxing to horse back-riding. Eventually, I found my way to yoga and spiritual practices. Yoga provides me with spiritual tranquility and strengthens my body, while stretching and aerial nourish my soul.


Stretching shouldn't be painful. In my classes, we stretch with love for ourselves and our bodies.
 

It's important to find a class that brings you joy, one that you look forward to every time.

Whether you want to feel challenged or relaxed, strengthen your muscles, stretch or learning how to fly, or if you are just starting your yoga practice, she will carefully guide you on this path.

Transitioning from swimming to fitness was a natural progression in my coaching career. While swimming remains an integral part of my experience, I felt the need to expand my professional horizons and diversify my practice.

Ekeme’s journey with dance has always been personal. From childhood memories of dancing in church and family gatherings to discovering its transformative power during the lockdown, dance has been her anchor, her way of processing the world, and her ultimate form of self-expression.


Unlike the traditional dance path, Ekeme’s story is rooted in life’s everyday rhythms. With a background in Economics and dreams of becoming a professor, she eventually found her true calling in teaching dance—using it as a tool to help others reconnect with their bodies and emotions.


In her Sensual Dance classes, Ekeme creates a safe, welcoming space for students to explore their femininity, build self-trust, and find joy in movement. Her approach is rooted in trauma-informed movement, helping you develop a deeper connection to your body while celebrating its strength and beauty.

Kimmy discovered yoga in her mid-thirties, when she was struggling with depression and searching for a way to heal. Through practice, she found clarity, strength, and a new sense of purpose — a transformation that changed the co

About Kimmy

Kimmy discovered yoga in her mid-thirties, when she was struggling with depression and searching for a way to heal. Through practice, she found clarity, strength, and a new sense of purpose — a transformation that changed the course of her life.


Years later, she met aerial yoga and immediately felt its li ghtness and freedom. In 2017, she completed her Aerial Teacher Training in Korea, moved to Canada, and began teaching in Vancouver. In 2020, she added a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, allowing her to weave the depth of yoga into the playful flow of aerial.


In her classes, Kimmy combines mindfulness, and grounding yoga postures with aerial poses, deep stretches, and inversions.   

Her approach creates not just a physical experience, but a space where students reconnect with themselves and discover balance between body and mind.

She didn’t grow up as a super flexible or sporty person. In fact, when she first tried aerial yoga in 2016, she wasn’t strong or bendy at all. But the moment she connected with the hammock, she felt something special. It wasn’t just about exercise—it was about

She didn’t grow up as a super flexible or sporty person. In fact, when she first tried aerial yoga in 2016, she wasn’t strong or bendy at all. But the moment she connected with the hammock, she felt something special. It wasn’t just about exercise—it was about freedom, flow, and pure joy.


Very quickly, she realized that guiding others brought her more joy than any office job. So, she took a leap—quit corporate life and opened her own aerial yoga studio in Hong Kong. Over the years, she built a thriving community, ran three studios, and trained hundreds of instructors.


Now, Yelena is back in Vancouver, ready to share her passion with you. 


Her classes are all about trust—trusting yourself, your body, and the hammock. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced flyer, she’ll help you feel confident and free in the air.
